Food poisoning/stomach bug?

Has anyone had either food poisoning or the stomach bug during pregnancy? Did you wait it out at home or go to the hospital? I messaged my doctor and she said to call if it lasts longer than 24 hours. I haven’t thrown up since 4am, but also have only been able to stomach the tiniest bit of gatorade(the one cracker I ate threatened to come back up for twenty mins on the bathroom floor😑)

Just wondering how you handled it and if you have any advice for this sick mama? 17w5d btw..
