Low antral follicle count for IVF?

In the middle of injections for IVF. At my initial appointments I had ten follicles, so we were hoping for about that for retrieval. At my last appointment the doctor only saw 6 growing and I’m so worried. 6 doesn’t seem like very many to get strong embryos and I really don’t want to go through this process again. Could there be some follicles hiding? So time consuming and the cost is so high. I’m tired of waiting. Everyone I know who has frozen their eggs or done IVF got somewhere around 15 eggs- why am I so low?

I also thought the IVF meds were supposed to increase the amount of follicles. I’m 34, been trying for almost a year and everything is normal between my husband and I. Last time I tested my Amh it was 1.37.

I don’t want to get my hopes up but I also don’t want to feel down so early on in the process, we haven’t even done the retrieval yet. Any advice would help or id love yo hear your experience
