I need some advice ladies

So there’s this security guard that works at my job it’s like we work together but we don’t work together and it’s like sometimes I tell him stuff that goes on with me and he tells his friend who we are both cool with long story short I confronted him and was like why do you tell the guy what I got going on if he doesn’t like me and he like somebody else and what I heard 2 different ppl told me that he doesn’t like this girl but she like him so I asked the security guard why is he asking about what I do if he doesn’t like me and the security guard was like maybe he do like me what do you ladies think? And plz don’t say anything negative or you will get blocked
