Newborn discharge, normal?

My daughter is 3 weeks old, today I changed her diaper and found she had a little bit of yellow/green discharge. Is this normal or should we see her pediatrician?

My daughter had that, the doctor said it was normal. She also mentioned that anytime a baby have any kind of discharge it’s always a good idea to make an appointment to see a pediatrician.

That looks like infection. I would call the doctors.
