You don’t need medication for it unless your outbreaks are bothering you. You DO need them towards the end to ensure no outbreaks before labor. I only took them from 35+ weeks as I don’t get outbreaks when pregnant luckily. But, if I was having frequent outbreaks I would take medication cause the outbreaks hurt like a b*tch for me.
