Baby bedtime routine
Hey ftm here! I wanna start a proper bed time routine with my 2 month old. Especially since the last couple nights she hasn’t gone to sleep since 2am. But I have no clue how I can get her to fall asleep at a certain time.
Any tips on how I can get this to happen?
