Are you producing breastmilk? You could try putting it on the area to see if it will calm down. Even a milk bath with some of your milk 😬 sounds nuts, but I’ve seen a lot of women do this for babies with skin issues.

I think it's eczema. Try putting petroleum jelly on it. I personally use aquaphor since my son has eczema. It helps him so much
