Constipation worse in 2nd trimester?

Anyone else agree?
What are you ladies taking to help? 
I try alternating Metamucil and colace but somehow I still end up painfully bloated and backed up somedays!

I take colace twice a day because the zofran I take for nausea is giving me awful constipation

I started taking magnesium and it has helped me a lot.

Coffee!! Even just 1/2cup
And drink lors of water!! Minimum 70oz/day

So I just had an appointment with my MFM and I told them that the constipation is real real. Before pregnancy I’d have a BM every 2-3 days. Pregnancy has killed that. She recommended gummy fiber and colace. She said there’s people that swear by those gummies. I started taking them yesterday and finally went after three days of constipation!
