How to change unhealthy habits?

For years now anytime I’ve been in a job I let it consume me. It’s all I think about morning and night.

It’s a habit I’ve had since I got into work and it’s mainly due to my anxiety.

Any advice for trying to make my life about more than just work? Any morning or night routines you put in place that allows you to detach from work?

I just don’t want my work to consume my life, I want it to be about more than that!

I work from 10:30 to 3:30 so it can become difficult to figure out a morning routine.
