Job Advice!?? please help!!

So I currently work as a teachers aide making 13.75$ the head teacher at my job quit and the owner of my job offered to pay half of the 425$ it takes to get my CDA so i can be head teacher, she said once I sign the contract for the licenser saying i’m starting the process i’ll make 14$ then when I get my CDA i’ll make 14.50$ once I found out the head teacher was quitting I had already had the thought to get my CDA.

My thing is I have two interviews scheduled next tuesday at 2 different dental offices to be a dental assistant, do I still do the interviews to see if I would like to be a dental assistant i’m only 23 so part of me still does want to see what’s out there and experience a new job because I have been working with kids since I graduated high school or do I just get my CDA and be a teacher because I know I love working with kids? i’m so conflicted another good thing to mention is the owner of my job is a horrible person. she’s super inconsiderate, unreliable, selfish, doesn’t know how to do anything doesn’t know how to clean or change a diaper so she’s frustrating to work with but I only have to work w her in the class rn because we’re short staffed if I do take this job they’ll hire my aide and then everything will be back to normal. advice please!!
