Right ovary with blood filled cyst larger than left...

So I had my 20 week anatomy scan yesterday and we found out Babe is a girl! Everything looked great and healthy. Only thing that was odd that the right ovary didn’t seem like in its normal place and was a little bigger than left cause of cyst. Anyone else experience that? They didn’t seem concerned and said it could be from pregnancy or endometriosis (never knew I had it if it is that). When she was doing the internal exam, she didn’t know what my right ovary was at first 😆 anyone else??
