Gestational Diabetes (induction) ?

I have high fasting numbers so I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I’m handling it well but have a few questions. I am 30 weeks and my baby is 3 pounds 6 ounces. My doctors said that’s on track. My question is if you’ve had GD did you deliver early? I’m wondering if I will be induced.. thanks!

I had GD I was induced around 38 weeks Bc they said she was measuring 9 pounds and didn’t have any fluid although I wasn’t losing any. She turned out to be 6 pounds 8ounces and they still had to break my water🙃

I had GD 3 of my 4 pregnancies and never delivered before 39 weeks.

I had GD with my last and also with this one. I delivered at 38w last time and he was 7lbs exactly. I will be delivering at 38w again this time. Mainly because of GD but also because my body doesn’t know how to put itself into labor.

I had gestational diabetes & preeclampsia and delivered at 37 weeks with my first. He was 5lbs 12 oz

I was induced at 38 weeks due to gd. Baby seemed to be measure a bit big, and honestly I was over it so I wasn’t complaining. My doctor prefers inducing between 38 and 39 weeks if you have gd. I will be induced in the timeframe again this time as well.
