How to have a successful implementation ?

Hello! I have 3 embryos on ice, I’m 40 and this might be my only chance.  FET in about 3 weeks, any advice on what I can do to have a successful implementation?? TIA!

Do acupuncture immediately before and after transfer then again 5 days later. Eat a high fat low carb diet.  Take all medications at the same time daily. Set alarms if needed. Drink a lot of water. Believe it will be successful.   Good luck and keep us posted. I had two success FET on first tries and my last successful one is 6 months old. It’s very possible and I’m older than 40!!

I have never done acupuncture so can’t comment on that. I did the warm socks after transfer thing this most recent time. Lots of water and rest (I didn’t do bed rest as this wasn’t advised). Just be kind to yourself, it’s an uncertain but exciting time x

Have you had an era done to confirm timing of pio would be appropriate?
Outside of that, there's not much you can do to control what happens.
