My Aunt spoils me

I don't know how to react. I say thank you obviously and let her know how much I appreciate her, but I just can't comprehend sometimes. The woman doesn't even know me that well, but treats me like her daughter.

I've posted a few times about her in the past 6 months on how she has been helping me so much financially since I moved 800 miles away from home. I was prepared, but things just went south quickly.

Anyway, a few weeks ago my aunt ask me what I want for my birthday (which is tomorrow, I'll be 22) and I just sent her the link the my Amazon wish list so she could surprise me. Well today she calls me and lets me know that my presents will be arriving late. I was like "presents? As in plural?" She told me yes and apparently there is a option where you can just order all so that's what this woman did 🤦🏻‍♀️ When I get bored I window shop on Amazon so there was 20-25 things on that list. It added up to probably $300. I actually stuttered when I said wow thank you in advance.

I understand people have different ways of showing love and I guess one of her ways is gifts since she and her husband can definitely afford it. I grew up in a family of 4 living off of 30k a year and it just feels so weird. When I was young and my Nana bought me ice cream at McDonald's I even felt weird about that because I don't know how to let people spend money on me.

No point to this really. Just don't have no one to talk to so if you read this far thanks 😊
