Late Period

I've always had a regular cycle. I had an ectopic pregnancy in January. But my cycles started again and were regular for 2 months. We BD during ovulation. Even used PreSeed. I'm now 2 days late. I tested yesterday and it was negative. Any ideas as to what's happening? TIA❤️
