Best toy cleaner for baby (non-wipes)?

Question

What products do you recommend for cleaning baby's toys and other stuff they might put in their mouths? Liquid (not wipes) I'm currently using babyganics but I'm running out and want options. Thank you.

In all the daycares I have worked in we have always used bleach in a 1-9 solution. 1 part bleach 9 parts hot water. We used it on everything from toys and mats to food trays and sippy cups. 
For things that comes in contact with food the steps are wash with dish soap, rinse, dip in bleach and let air dry. Everything else we used a spray bottle to spray and let air dry. Its an enexpesive way to clean and sanitive everything. Hopt this helps.
