Does anyone know what causes fetal nasal hypoplasia?

My babies measurements at 26 weeks are coming back in the less than 2.5 percentile. What causes that? Has anyone else had that show up?

Didn’t have it show up on a scan but one of my daughters has an absent nasal bone and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with her at all
