How soon after having membrane swept did you go into labour?

I’m 38 weeks now and my doctor just did a membrane sweep. I know it’s not 100% but I’m interested to see what other women experienced. Comment your experience!

I went in on a Friday at 40 weeks to have mine and went to labor Tuesday afternoon. I honestly feel like the membrane sweep didn't even do anything. The doctor said I was at a 2 when he did it and said I'd have a slim chance sooo I really think it was just the hot wings I ate for lunch 😂

Mine worked about 24 hours later I was 39+5 and had her 39+6 around 10 pm this was with my first .. I had one with my 3rd and it didn't work.. having one done this Monday at 39 weeks hopefully it works. good luck !

I didn't. Either time. Ended up being induced at 41+1

With my 6 week old she was born within 36 hrs. With my 2yr old 3 were done and did nothing.
