Advise pls.. 3yro wont go to bed alone

Long story short my daughter won't go to bed by herself (thanks to her dad) now she's 3 and she has to have me by her side till she falls asleep.

So by the time I get down putting her to bed I'm pretty much tired to do my stuff around the house and sometimes I pretend that I'm asleep and then actually fall asleep.

Idk what to do, can't break her out of that, we live in a apartment so o always to to keep the noise level down-her screaming/crying.

Advise pls.
