Occult Placenta Accreta

Hi everyone, I posted in the second time mom’s group already, but I realize this is more of a repeat c-section issue. I gave birth a week ago and I just got my placental report back which says there’s an indication for placenta Accreta. I’m currently freaking out because my OB emailed me saying she needs to talk to me asap so we have a video call this afternoon, but I’m wondering if anyone has experience with a placenta Accreta and how did your dr handle the situation? Did your OB have to do a hysterectomy? Or a d&c? Or did the issue resolve itself? I’m so scared. We want more kids and we’re okay using a surrogate if we have to, but I’m still terrified of losing my uterus or even worse dying from a hemorrhage.😭
