One round of 5 mg cd2-6, ti, with trigger. I have a 18 month old daughter. I have pco and ovulate late. I definitely recommend trying Letrozole! 👌

I was ttc for three years. Did four IUIs (3 with femara and trigger shot and one with gonalF and trigger shot). All failed. Did two IVF transfers of three embryos total. Both failed. I was on femara 5mg with no trigger shot and just doing TI. Didn’t ovulate the first month and conceived the second month. Just starting our second month of ttc #2. On femara again. Ovulated but didn’t get pregnant last month. Gonna see about doing 7.5 mg this time.

I didn’t respond to letrozole or clomid alone but when I took them together I would get 1 really nice follicle. We conceived 3/4 of our cycles (cycle 1, 3, & 4). First two were early losses and I’m 16+3 from cycle 4!

I ovulated the first month on 2.5mg and got my BFP the second month on 5mg. So it worked really well for me, and I didn’t really notice any side effects. Good luck with it!

Im currently trying for my second with Letrozole. Had success with the first on the first try! My doc told me it only works for like 30% of people though 😩. I have been doing ovulation tests but I've NEVER had a positive one. Not even when I got pregnant.  Good luck I hope it works for you!
