WHO DO I BELIEVE?

Okay so this is a bit of a long post but I am trying to skip over as much as possible.

Basically my entire pregnancy my doctor has rushed through appointments and been very short and rude with me and I usually leave my appointments crying. I am 40 weeks as of tomorrow. I went to the hospital about a week or two ago now for intense pain and cramping and they did a check on me and I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced they told me. They checked twice because they kept me for over an hour to see if i would progress which I did not. They said i was still 2cm and 50% effaced.

Fast forward to today. My doctor at my last appointment said she was going to do a cervical check but today decided she was no longer going to. I asked her to check me as I wanted to know if anything had changed and so finally after a bit of back and forth she said she would check me. So she does her check (which was twice as fast as all the checks I have gotten at the hospital) and she tells me that I'm not dilated at all and that my cervix is very thin and baby's head is as low as she can be. I pointed out to her that the hospital told me I was dilated and she responded with "there is no way you are dilated. We'll check again next week" and that was it.

Who do I believe?? I want to believe she's right but she's been super rude and contradicting everything she has told me the entire pregnancy. PLUS I had 2 different people check me at the hospital and tell me I was dilated!
