Lower Back Pain
Any advice for back pain? I had a c section with my first and have gotten back pain from basic housework since. Most pain happens when I try to stand or sit, but it’s horrible. My OB suggested Tylenol, but it’s not touching it. I will try the chiropractor really soon.
