Baby doesn’t stay still

Ok I have. 6month old. Lately she’s been super squirmy. She’s constantly moving and kicking her legs I can’t get her to stay still. even when I am trying to nurse her she won’t stay latched on longer than 5 mins. It’s always less. On top of that shesalways been a distracted either so that doesn’t help. even at night when she wakes up she so squirmy. It’s hard to get her to sleep. During the day as well when I’m trying to put her for a nap, she won’t stay still! It can get a little frustrating bc she’s sleepy but she just fidgeting all the time. Is this normal? She’s always done this but lately it’s gotten worse. it’s like she’s hyperactive. it’s really getting in the way of her feedings and nap times. I don’t think she has gas. She had problems w colic when she was younger but it went away.
