Sleep

My 6mo seems to be consistently doing 2.5 hours awake, 1.5 hour nap, and then 2.5-3 hours awake and then taking a 1-1.5 hour nap... but then I have to stick in a 30 min nap after only 2 hours awake so I can get her last window to be 3 hours and get her to sleep by around 8... should I be extending that 2 hour window and putting her to bed closer to 9, or should I try to extend other windows and drop down to 2 naps 🥴
