Need to rant
I really don’t understand why other mums/pregnant women try to make women feel bad for exercising or not exercising during pregnancy like why is it such a taboo subject I didn’t train at all with my first pregnancy because I’d had a previous loss and I was petrified to do anything (I’ve weight trained for many years) but this pregnancy I’m keeping up my normal training routine why are we judged so much for doing what WE WANT TO DO! Whether you’ve worked out or not your doing your best and please don’t let anyone tell you you aren’t
