Baby constipated?

I been giving my baby purées these few days she’s 6 months already but she’s constipated and passing hard stools.. what should I do? Can I give her water already? Or should I give her less of the purée?

My daughters the same☹️ she loved her food! But keeps having harder stoles. I’ve been giving her prunes and pears everyday☹️☹️
Could it be an allergy to dairy etc?

This just started for us and I added 2 oz of prune (1 oz in 2 bottles) yesterday. Waiting for the blowout lol.

Consult your pediatrician before giving them any juice before 1. But yes, you can start giving them a little water with food at 6mo old. No more than 4oz a day.
