Need advice

Here is little background about me .

I had ectopic pregnancy in august 2020 and my ob-gyn did D&C first ( because she thought I was having miscarriage)then after 2 weeks laparoscopic.so I was done with her by 11th October...

now after 5 months I feel like my body is going thru with tremendous harmonal issues may be I have pcos god knows but the problem is I don’t want to go back that gyne because I am not happy with my experience

.. but I do want to see 1 senior doc who is in same clinic or I feel like they are mentor and mentee ( same group)

So how to handle this situation

Today I called them to schedule my appointment with that senior doc but receptionist said she has to take permission with my previous gyne because she did my surgery.

I know some people will say just go for any other doctor but I feel like he is best . I wish I would’ve known this earlier
