What advice would you give a 24 year old woman who is coming out as being openly bisexual?

I just moved to a new town and am finally in a space where I feel comfortable and free to explore my sexuality in way I haven’t before. I’ve hooked up with and talked to other women romantically but never in the open and I think my closeted sexuality has hindered my ability to meet women I may be compatible with. I am a bit of a romantic and am not into hookups necessarily but would like to put myself out there to have more opportunities to meet other queer women.

Feel free to share your coming out stories with me, books you’ve read or anything that helped you through. I’ve known for years I’m bi just and really working on accepting this part of myself and discovering what life is like in this context.
