Have you created a Birth Plan?

Has anyone actually created a written birth plan? This is my 3rd baby and I've never actually made one, only discussed with my OB/Midwives my preferences. Please feel free to post your plans below. I'm looking for ideas :)

I personally find them pointless. If you have a preference in the moment, like you want the lights dim, you can just ask your husband or nurse. If you need medical intervention, you can clarify why but if you need it, you need it. If you want an epidural, ask for one. If you don't, then don't.

I never do. I just go with the vibes and see how much of a pain tolerance I have.

I never made one. Glad I didn’t. My last 2 births were nothing like I thought they would be. Both ended in emergency c-sections. This one be a scheduled c-section and I don’t know what to expect so I’m nervous but whatever is meant to be will be.

After we talk about it, my midwife writes down all my preferences. But this is my third baby too, and I didn't get much go according to my "plan" with either of my first two because of complications.

I am doing a visual birth plan.  It’s easier for people to just glance at and know your wishes instead of reading through a list 
Not mine but here’s an example

Mine is 3 sentences
1)- healthy baby/breastfeeding after
2)-healthy mom/vaginal delivery preferred
3)-no pain meds unless needed c section
That was it. My hospital does delayed clamping and skin to skin and all that anyways. As long as I am healthy and baby is healthy the rest I don't care as much about.
