Fibroid and SCH during pregnancy

I’m 12 weeks pregnant and a few weeks ago I went to the ER due to bleeding. They found a 3.3cm fibroid and a 1.8 x 1 cm subchorionic hematoma. I’m frustrated because the ER doctor didn’t discuss this with me. He sent me home and said spotting is normal in a lot pregnancies. I saw the results on my Kaiser app after leaving the hospital. I had a follow up with my OB and her response “nothing to worry about & spotting will be normal”. I was seen by an on call doctor recently (spotting was heavier) who told me it’s normal and just do pelvic rest.

Am I overthinking this? I’m still spotting and having minor cramps. I have a follow up appointment with my OB tomorrow and if she gives me the usual “nothing to worry about answers” should I just take this advice and stop stressing? I have two other kids 12 & 7 and I never experienced this before.
