Belly band for 3rd & 4th trimesters?!

What belly bands are you using now during your 3rd trimester?
Which do you plan to use after baby is born? How soon do you start to use it and how many hours a day!?

I have used a tummy garter after each of my 3 births for my c-section and VBACs. I think it did wonders and helped me move around and get things somewhat back in place. For this 4th baby, I absolutely plan to use a tummy garter as well from Day 1 out the hospital.
