First time pregnancy concern

Hello ladies! This is my first pregnancy, I may be 6/7 weeks according to my ob. I have my first appointment on the 18th of this month so I don’t want to keep blowing up their phone with my concerns. I have been cramping hard daily, not all day just every now and then, the other day I had a really bad cramp and my belly was super hard. I’m wanting to know if this is normal. I do have endometriosis so the cramps are like the cramps I have for my period cramps. Luckily no bleeding. I’m just concerned and I need you ladies to lead me to some answers.
