Cord/placenta abnormality

I had my anatomy scan done today (20 weeks, 2 days) and the ultrasound tech said there's something going on with my placenta and her cord (doesn't attach where it should, I believe she said it attached to the end of it maybe? ) so I'll have to have anatomy scans starting at 28 weeks, which I have to anyway since I'm high risk. Has anyone had something similar happen? I’m just hoping that everything goes well because she did say it can cause nourishment issues for the baby.
