20 week scan, baby has slightly enlarged kidneys

I’m currently 24 weeks, today I had an ultrasound with my OB and everything looked good until I asked for my results of my 20 week anatomy scan. He told me that everything looked normal except that baby boy has slightly enlarged kidneys. He didn’t seem to concerned and said that usually this dissolves on its own. but is sending me to get further scans done just to be on the safe side. Has anyone experienced this before? I’m a FTM and I can’t help but to be worried.
