I’ve had the MIRENA IUD since jan. 2020 and haven’t had a period since. I’ve been spotting for the past few days (which is new! never happened before) and today i went poop and a clump of flesh (the size of a gum ball) came out of my vagina. it had a string that resembled an umbilical chord attached. could this possibly be a miscarriage or my uterine lining shedding?

i don’t have insurance and cannot afford to visit planned parenthood right now. Please let me know what you guys think.
