Congested newborn help

My 3 week old sounds super congested, kind of sounds like there’s a lot of mucus. But I’ve tried saline drops with both the bulb aspirator and the nose frida and it seems like all I’m getting out is the saline drop. We have humidifiers running for him in whatever room he’s in all the time too. He seems to still be breathing through his nose okay but I just want to help him
