Y’all, I thought I understood this but I keep confusing myself. If you’re 26w5d, are you technically 27 weeks because you’re in you’re 27th week?

When you hit 27 weeks, it means you've just completed your 27th week and are starting your 28th week :) 
So right now I'm 27 weeks and 4 days, but have almost completed my 28th week and starting my 29th week on Friday, if that makes sense
