Do you remember memories in a picture or video form?

How old are you and how far can you remember

I remember emotions, feelings and tactile stuff. I don’t really see pictures or video in my minds eye.

I’m 26 & the earliest I can remember, I had to be like 2-3, when we were moving to Germany & my dad had to take my dog to the animal shelter. In my memory I can see his car driving  away out the window while I’m sitting at the kitchen table.

I remember emotions and smells. I am 24 and my earliest memories is like 12 or 13.

Some memories are stored as sounds, smells, tastes, feelings. Others are stored as quick flashes of images. Others are in "video" format. No rhyme or reason as to which memories are stored as what format. Not sure what my earliest memory is. No clue what my age would have been. Very fuzzy images, a lady with black hair, her voice saying I could have some of her soup. Probably my Grandma Barb as she's the only family member that had black hair.
