Successful membrane sweep stories?

I’m having a membrane sweep done tomorrow! Last week I was 3cm 70% effaced. Was your sweep successful and if it was did you do anything before or afterwards that helped it along? (Walking, clary sage oil, etc?)

I got a sweep the morning of my due date. And had the baby the next morning at 3:30 AM

Got mine when I was 4cm 100% effaced and went into labor like 1.5 hrs after. I did have prodromal labor for a week leading up to it. Bounced on my birthing ball and drank labor prep tea for weeks leading up.
