So I never had BH contractions with my first child. Well last night I started having very painful cramps that were not regular, but definitely came and went pretty rhythmically. They hurt so bad. They almost felt like the kind of cramps you get if your stomach is upset and you have poop really bad....but that wasn’t my problem. They finally got better after I chugged some water and tried to lay down but they lasted pretty much all night, sometimes waking me from my sleep (even tho I was barely able to sleep mostly anyways). Everyone says BH aren’t painful but these really were. Am I crazy???
