13 almost 14 months and not walking?

Question

I keep seeing posts of people’s babies the same age and they’ve been walking! I’m so incredibly happy and proud for all your babies but I’m a little concerned mine isn’t walking yet?
He does almost walk on his own but I wouldn’t call him a walker just yet. Is there anyway to help him out? Am I not doing something I’m supposed to be doing with him? Is he behind? Sorry he’s my first.💜

Each baby is different.  The milestone for walking is 12-15 months. What I've learned is that as long as baby is progressing and not regressing to earlier milestones you're OK! 
Every baby is different, and this shouldn't be a cause for concern.

Also, can we all remember these kids grew up in a pandemic! Not really seeing people. No play school etc, so I'm sure all the social aspects have a factor in it!

My son isn’t walking yet either. Asked about it at his appointment and they said it’s perfectly normal and he will do it when he’s ready.

My daughter is nearing 15 months and not walking. Pediatrician said she should be at least cruising furniture by 15 months (she is). Very weird to me because my son walked at 10.5 months! Every baby is different ❤️

Don’t worry, everyone has said it before but I’ll say it again, every baby is different. There is such a huge timeframe where our bubbas will start walking. 
My nephew didn’t walk until 17 months. My son started walking at 10 months....be careful what you wish for 😂 once they start walking, you will never rest again. He is non stop 24/7. 
I dream of the days he used to sit still and slowly drag himself around on the floor 😂😂😂

Follow @milestones.and.motherhood on ig. She’s a dr of pediatric physical therapy and specializes in ages 0-3. She’s amazing! Tonssss of advice and good info. 
She regularly says that as long as you’re setting skills emerging that lead to walking, like pulling to stand or cruising by 16 mos your baby should be okay. But definitely give her a follow, the information on her page is soooo helpful!

Following. My daughter will be 14 months on the 22nd and she’s not walking either. She will if she has her toy walker pusher or if we hold her hands but not on her own. Her dr told me usually most walk by 15 months but I’m also getting a little concerned. She’s my first as well.

My little one is 15m on the 19th, but was due in March so would be 14m this month. He is walking but only a few steps here and there nothing by himself unless we say 'walk to the chair/mommy' etc etc. 
I wouldn't worry too much. I know the SM and friends and family pressure all too well BUT each baby is different and had their own way of doing things!

I spoke with my daughter pediatrician just a week or so ago at her 15 month appointment because she’s not walking yet. However, she will cruise around furniture, will walk if you hold both hands or one hand, if she’s holding onto a walker, or at least a finger lol but won’t on her own. But will also stand on her own. The doctor said she most definitely could walk anytime now it’s just a confidence thing because she’s showing all the signs that she can indeed walk on her own. Every child is different so I’m not worried. She will walk when she’s ready. The doctor said we could entice her with things she really likes just outside of her reach bit I’ve noticed she just drops to crawling then 😂

14 months over here and not walking. She takes steps and will walk from me to my husband but won’t walk on her own. She does crawl really fast and climb all the way up the stairs now, yeah, that’s fun (gates are on the way). She walks/runs around the house with her push walker. I catch her out of the corner of my eye just standing and takes a couple steps but the second she sees me watching she’ll fall to her but and crawl to me.
