I had that when I was pregnant with my first child. It was during my first trimester but I can’t remember how many weeks I was. Went to the ER and they said it was probably old blood pushing out because everything looked great! Baby was healthy and had no issues. I would still check with your doctor though to be safe. Good luck!

It looks like old blood to me. Could be your body pushing out the excess. I would monitor it or at least call tour doctor to get further information.
