What does it mean?? Percentile!

So i had my 33 week ultrasound and the doc everything looks good but baby is going to be a bit smaller than my last...
This pregnancy at 33 weeks shes 7%percentile? What does that mean?

Mine was in the 7th percentile... went to a level 2 a week later and he was in the 27th percentile. I take it all with a grain of salt now 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think it means she’s smaller than average.

It’s like the bell curve, 50th percentile is in the middle. 50% of babies are smaller, 50% are larger. 7th percentile is towards the end of the spectrum on the smaller side. I had a 36w US today and baby measures 6lbs 3oz, 41th percentile. It’s an estimate.
