Ladies, I need your help!

Hey ladies. So unfortunately I lost my baby girl (determined by sneak peek clinical) at almost 10 weeks. I had a d&c on 4/20/2021. I haven’t been tracking to see if my hcg went down until today. I took a test this morning, then decided to take one tonight. I don’t think it would be possible to be pregnant so fast, especially if I’m unsure if my hcg went back to zero, but it does look slightly darker then this morning. (Top is this morning, bottom is night) Any thought or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
