std ? sti ? help please :(

so i’ve been talking to this guy for about 6 months and i’m not a sexually active person while single so we finally had sex a few weeks ago but i’ve been noticing a weird discharge with a funny smell lately.. it looks yellowish but i convince myself that it’s pale yellow although i’m starting to think it’s not. my pee has also been a very golden color. i’ve been tested for  Gonerreah and chlymida and both test came back negative but i’m afraid that i know something is not right :( does this look like infection?
