Sudden movements
Is twisting , jerking movements , bending over and bending over while sitting cross legged harmful to the baby ? Earlier my toddler about fell off the couch and I jumped up really quick from my chair . Can any of this hurt the baby? I’m almost 16 weeks and not feeling any movement yet
