Hospital birth or home birth

Hi! So I am newly pregnant, 6 weeks today. I have always wanted a home birth, but I'm honestly scared in case something goes wrong. For anyone that's had a HOSPITAL birth, we're you able to bring a midwife to advocate for you? I want to make sure I can walk around and get into whatever positions I need to for labor if I go to the hospital. But I don't want to be pushed around by the doctors and forced to stay in the bed.
