Can my hernia come back?

So with my 2nd daughter I had an umbilical hernia and after she was born had it repaired. Well this last week it feels like a little knot is poking back out and been feeling pain in it. Has anyone else had a hernia come back while pregnant?

I was told by my doc 90% it can come back if you are pregnant. thats why my doc told me once i dont want to have anymore baby, can go and repair my hernia. unless if your hernia is really painful and complicated than no choice have to repair.
