Boils? Cysts?

Does any other females on here get painful cysts on the outside of their vagina like almost in the crease of their leg but on ur vagina? Kinda hard to explain without posting a pic. They get about the size of a nickel or dime and eventually pop open on their own then I squeeze the puss and blood out of it which is usually chunky and not runny. I shower and wash frequently. I got thick thighs though so there friction when I walk and I'm not sure if that's what causes them. I also shave down there. If any other females get these please tell me how to get rid of them. I got one in a really uncomfortable spot and it hurt every time I move cause Mt underwear rubs it or when I try to sit.
